Regulator has been a name in the Midwest for Death Metal since 2007, but it wasn't until 2011 when the band acquired a full line-up and began playing live shows and impressing audiences with its old-school, radically technical, and genre bending sound. Regulator is now releasing their second effort, entitled MORBID PERVERSIONS.
